Requirements:

- High creativity, attention to details and analytical insight.
- Good knowledge of prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Flash, Unity ...
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to apply mathematical and statistical models to analyze games.
- Previous experience in game design.
- Background in game programming is a plus.
- University degree.
Responsibilities:
- Prototype ideas and game mechanics.
- Design through analytics: identifying and analyzing all data collected is needed to extract results and conclusions.
- Adjust, balance and dynamization of complex economy systems of the game, rewards ...
- Define viralization systems, player retention, monetization goals and implement strategies for improvement.
- Assess and quantify the effects of each change and perform required analysis with the testing team.
- Work with programmers and artists to oversee the implementation of new features and virtual goods.
- Benchmarking: documenting and analyzing the competition.
